The main reason why natalia jungling doesn't works for her is because that Natalia's attack speed is so slow then her not enhanced basic attack damage is so weak even although you are already equipped with a jungling item plus the max health of Nat is so low that in early game she can't kill a buff without any assistance from her teammates.
