When you bleach your hair its different.. You start from the ends because if you start from the root it can burn your hair because of the heat of your scalp.. As for dying your hair its should be the same ends to scalp only because the color on the scalp will be darker due to tge heat of your head and tgen the ends wont be as dark.. Thats why now you gotta go and buy another box just so your ends match the top.

When you are bleaching your hair you start from ends to root because your scalp is releasing heat so when the bleach is processing, it will be more blonde As for darker dye you go roots first because when you wash your hair the water and shampoo always hit the roots so that’s where the hair fades fastest & if you want that to last longer you let the dye sit there the longest

Girl when i dye my hair I always start on the ends and then do my roots last because I do like reds and the hair always turns out more lighter on the top so I do my ends first it always comes out even when I do it that way but I guess everyone is different..whatever works for you tho

Honestly, to be in good shape you just have to eat well and exercise. As long as you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and cut down processed food and dairy, you should be fine.
