Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride ! Also, please tell me if you think the sound is too low again. I've amped it up more this time but youtube seems to lower it somehow. I'll do better next time !

I've seen some other people get that bright white recess shade/panel lining fairly easily with white oil paints.

For the torso or the base ? I haven’t used oil paints yet but this is definitely something I want to try !

@@hubespaintshop yes and yes, a gloss varnish is supposed to be helpful for this but not actually necessary. Thin oils have really low surface tension, just don't overload your brush and get the tip into the crevice in question. I think Not Just Mecha has a decent overview on the topic, not sure if he covers white oil paints in that or if he is doing black panel lining but it's the same technique.

@@TheMichaellathropWell, I was expecting the same behavior with just diluted white ink but it didn't flow as expected. Or maybe I should have tried with some glazing medium. Anyway, thanks a lot I'll check him out and get myself some oils.

That paint job is awesome. What paints did you use for the cloak? 👍👍🎉🎉

Thanks ! I messed up at first so here are the paints used in the end : Vallejo dark green (but use Citadel Caliban green it's much better), warpstone glow, and moot green. To finish the gradient I used a mix of moot green, white and yellow. Cheers !
