Anti-Venom didnt go away with the meteor because it was no longer part of the hivemind, to be specific, the suit is essentially the perfect symbiote becaause it has all functions, no weakness to sound and no mind to corrupt the host, it's an all out upgrade essentially.

@@Rio-dx5sv Idk, the biggest problems I have with it is: Masks with hair only really works if the mask has other detail on it (like the markings of Pavitr’s mask in ATSV) if the hood were up, that might add a sorely needed splash of color that might fix that particular element The bodysuit is pretty overdesigned, with the blue lines drowning out a lot of the other details like the Spider-Emblem (not to mention the fact it the one on the legs just come out of nowhere, leading to serious inconsistency) The shoes, in addition to being shitty product placement, are inconsistent with the rest of the design. Their colors being white sticks out like a sore thumb when compared to the rest of the suit, and the fact that they’re the only “casual” piece of clothing on an otherwise fully developed suit makes it look super unfinished. Those are just some complaints I have that aren’t just saying “suit bad,” but I think there is just a tiny bit of potential to have something actually good with it

It's a blatant ad, it's his 2nd "Miles' Original" since he became Spider-Man, it came completely out of nowhere at the worst possible time in the game with no hints he was designing a new suit, oh and it wouldn't be so bad but this is his new main suit aka the one we'll be seeing in future installments. The all White style is the best one because the entire suit matches the color scheme. But the suit as a whole is trash. Especially when it wasn't needed nor was it teased in any way.

I swear Norman really is the maker of villains in this game series. He created Mr. Negative. Then motivated Doctor Octavius to use his mechanical arms for revenge. Then he made Venom by introducing Harry to the symbiote which became more dangerous after feeding on Peters rage. Now he might make Harry one of the Goblins by giving him the G-Serum.

@@rebal180 I've said this a lot of times in a bunch of different areas but the way I see it going down is that Norman, in a fit of desperation tests the G-Serum on himself to make sure it's safe for Harry thus creating Green Goblin... of course all the stuff that's happened in the previous games, Oscorp is most likely getting shut down so Norman will start stealing money and stuff like that to create more G-Serum which he eventually uses on Harry to create Hobgoblin... and it might even go as far to the point of Norman trying to forcibly turn everyone into goblins to protect them from diseases (obviously with the side effect that this makes them go mad after a while cus we need a reason to want to stop it) and the final battle could be either against Green Goblin or GG AND Octavius on top of the Oscorp tower with Peter, Miles and Silk along with Harry helping to stop his father since he doesn't agree with all the crime and stuff that he's been doing.

In my opinion Spider-Man 2 should be game of the year. The story and final boss are amazing. Solid 9/10 for me. Also don’t worry Peter Parker is not “retiring”, he’s just taking a break. Which is understandable because he does have massive bills to pay. Sadly being Spider-Man doesn’t give a paycheck lol 😂. Also I just love how they threw in so many web of shadows references and a little bit of Ultimate Spiderman. The anti-venom abilities are crazy(A bit overpowered) and I love it. 😎👍🏼

Anti venom is not apart of the hive mind symbiotes, which means it doesn’t have a mind of its own and the host can fully control it. And apparently this symbiote is not weak to heat or sound which is why it was still on Pete when all the symbiotes disintegrated but it still can be electrocuted.

I have a little theory about something that could happen in the next game too, I think norman might get kicked out of oscorp or oscorp will shut down completely, because they made devil's breath which nearly destroyed the city, and then they did research on the symbiote and kept it despite knowing how dangerous it is and the public knows about this too. plus if norman loses his compnay that can drive his anger more as he'll lose his life's work and also without his job he won't be able to pay to keep harry alive in the coma. idk I think that would make sense to drive norman more insane

Insomniac have confirmed that the next game will be focused on Miles, so Peter probably wont be present for that game. At least not playable. And, to clarify, Peter isn't quitting. He's just taking a break to work on his personal life and to continue he and Harry's work on the EMF. He'll put the mask on again. Just after he's taken some time to himself. Balance, after all, is what Aunt May was trying to teach him.

In across the spider-verse, Miles made an apology video for endorsing baby powder. Insomniac Miles will have to do an apology video for that suit and the adidas sponsorship in the DLC or third game. Guess it’s a canon event for Miles. Edit: The thing I dislike most about the suit, is that it pops out of nowhere. The Miles classic suit has story significance, so has the suit with the scarf in the first game, or the advanced suit, anti-ock suit, symbiote suit and anti-venom suit for Peter. It also just doesn’t make sense that Miles would spend his time on making such a suit in one of the most hectic and difficult times of his life. I think the suit could work with some tweaking. A full mask with a more interesting texture. I think you could keep the blue bit. I’ve seen concepts where it changes to yellow or blue depending on what abilities you use. And the sneakers… those have to go.

It does have some subtle story significance by incorporating the blue electric powers caused by his journey to overcoming his anger and rivalry with Mr. Negative and it being something very unique to this version of Miles. The suit just need to look better (though I think it's a tiny bit overhated) and def get rid of the Adidas since Miles already had a comment earlier about not doing endorsements lol. I really like the idea of the blue changing colors or glowing when he uses his powers and maybe keeping the hood up would make the mask look a bit better.

I liked the narrative, though flawed, but I thought the first one was a bit more grounded with more careful buildup whereas this instalment had individual moments that really popped off.

I also feel like this is quite a Spider-Man cantered adventure, which in one way I like, but I also loved the grounded settings of Miles in the neighbourhood and Peter in FEAST. In my last play through of the first game, I made sure I tried to do as much at FEAST as possible. Listen in on side characters and just chat with as many people as possible. I feel like SM2 has more awesome individual moments, but I think the first game feels like a more rewarding collective and I felt like you had more locations you could choose to explore with button prompts when certain objects were nearby. Like FEAST or visiting Otto’s lab.

It would've been nice if there were some FEAST side missions for both Peter and Miles since last time it was mentioned Miles still worked there and there was no mention of Peter not helping them out anymore. Maybe when Peter was donating May's stuff he could've gone there personally and there could've been a moment where he talks to people about her and helps unpack stuff.

Ok so quick stuff, spiderman 3 isn't gonna be the last spiderman game. It's just the last game of the trilogy. The main trilogy of peter. Also peter is not retired. You see it doesn't make sense for them to do spiderman 3 without peter. First off they can't have green goblin and possibly dock ock again without peter. And this trilogy started with peter and it's gonna end with peter. My speculation is that peter can possibly die at the end of spiderman 3 or completely retire. He has earned every right after being decades of spiderman. But he will be in the next game. Miles is gonna be the main focus after that game. Probably more miles games or just begin his own trilogy and becoming the main spidey with silk.
