Use your head. This is just a 3 wheel vehicle. It's not difficult from a taxi. Motorcycles and bicycles are hazardous because of their instability and need for balancing, as well as their tendency to weave through traffic. A 3 wheeled vehicle is stable and doesn't interfere with traffic. You also have to think about the poor povo who can't afford a taxi.
