Hola Tao. So glad you discovered Huatulco, it has fast become my favourite place to visit in Mexico, the friendliest people in such a beautiful part of the world. I have enjoyed watching your videos and even though I have been multiple times I have never found El Tejoncito, now it is on the top of my list for next time. Hope you don't mind me recommending some food options for you to enjoy, and you might have already :) Nikos Organic Coffee and West Park Cafe are both fantastic and definitely worth a visit, also Rocoto, Vienna and Terra Cotta are great as well, although I wouldn't call them hidden gems as they are popular and well know, but have amazing food. Hopefully some of those make it into an upcoming video. If you do make it to Rocoto do try and get a chance to chat with Chef Claudia for a few minutes, the only thing better than her food is her passion for her craft, it really wonderful to see someone that passionate and love what they do. Thanks again for the tips! I will try to make it to Rocoto and speak with the chef, that could be nice to share here on KZbin. The thing is I’m leaving Huatulco next week, but I’ll try. @@TaoAlejandrowe actually just left Huatulco not long ago, we flew out on March 30th so just missed you, or might actually have overlapped, hopefully we will return next winter. Enjoy your last few days in Huatulco, it really is a special place, we are very grateful that after trying a couple some other places in Mexico that we found this little gem, very laid back lifestyle and a very welcoming community that is small enough that it doesn't take long to feel at home. Hopefully you get a chance to get over to Rocoto and see Claudia, definitely a special lady. If your travels ever take you to the interior of British Columbia in Canada do reach out, would be happy to help show you around our special little part of this big planet :)
