Former student (graduated last summer) who's been working from home for a few months now, I'm really into different tones of greens and blues and basic b&w, but also pastels and patterns like plaid, gingham, stripes, graphics, minimalist writing and the occasional animal print. For materials it's usually anything that feels smooth (velvet, satin, smooth cotton or fluffy materials), but also denim and sometimes leather. Recently I've been getting into the more mature and elegant style, like creams and browns even. I haven't had the opportunity to be on the go so much, but I'll actually start incorporating more inspiring images in my Pinterest board to define my style more. Thank you for this awesome video! I live on Vancouver Island. Everywhere is a beach so I do wear the coastal style with linens and cottons. In the cooler months I switch out to what I call I'm going to pretend to still climb mountains outdoor gear.

The older I get the older I realize that literally NO ONE looks at you. No one notices those things that you notice on yourself. No one notices the things you wear. Like Hayley said, what people notice is mood and personality. I definitely notice when someone is comfortable and confident in their own skin and it radiates off of them. It makes me want to be more like them, not because of what “trend” they’re wearing, but because it genuinely makes them a happy person and love them self.

I don't have social media so I'm shocked at the 24/7 in your face " trends" and the creepy vibe of everyone wearing the exact same outfit. 😳 I came from a time where you read Vogue or other fashion magazines for inspo and that's it. Even then, I always had my own style and wore what I wanted. Love all these outfits!! Pink is 🔥 I'm obsessed with that denim skirt! And love Thredup!! ❤️ Shopping on Thredup is so fun, it's like an unlimited closet of every brand you can imagine. I love finding vintage pieces from brands I loved back in the day.

I, like most other people have definitely fell into treads I’ve always had my own sense of style but then I would see something online or on someone else thinking it looks cute going and buying it and then getting home and realizing it doesn’t look that great on me personally. Now as I get older overall I just want to be comfortable I don’t care anymore what’s in style or trying to fit into a certain aesthetic. I love comfy, oversized, and neutral tones.

I work at Marshalls + HomeGoods and we do not have a dress code. Just can't show skin and have images on clothes. I honestly love expressing myself through my clothes. I love white, tan/beige and creams. I love linen and cotton which is good because I live in Texas. I love stripes, plaid and honestly just solids.

Haha right?? Just had to include that pic 😂 and girl yes we LOVE our Kia Sportage. It’s a great compact SUV but had a HUGE trunk space which is amazing. Great features also we love it 🥰 does still get a little tight when I sit between our two car seats in the back but the only solution is to buy a legit 8 seater car if we want more space 😂
