I played a slightly variation of this comp just now. I hit 3* Renek (Full tank), Samira (Blue, GS, shurima embl.), Cassio (Blue). I also got cursed crown and shurima emblem and put it on samira, and my comp was 6 shurima 5 noxus with 2 darkin. It was a first.

Depending on how many traits you have active, you get more chance to hit the emblem that you want. I belive that at 8 active traits you have 3 tailored emblems to choose from Edit; at 8-9 traits you got 2 random and 2 tailored emblems At 10-11 you get 3 tailored And at 12+ you get all 4 tailored traits to choose from
