Why do twitch players start Q? Is the attack speed that much better than E?

Twitch has very low attack speed early on, just like Tristana, to compensate for the fact that they can get a bunch for free just by pressing Q. This means if you start E, it's basically useless since it deals damage based on how many stacks you have on the enemy, and considering you have very low attack speed at level 1 and no Q, you're never going to get more than like 2 stacks on the enemy before they either back away or out-trade you anyway. I would say the only time you could probably get away with E level 1 is if you run HoB - then you'd have a much easier time getting at least 3 stacks on the enemy. The problem is that if the enemy knows you have HoB they're not going to engage you at level 1 because they know they'll probably lose that trade, so Q still ends up being the better option because you can force the enemy into a trade if you catch them off guard while invis.

Any twitch players that can confirm if colector ie ldr with first strike is by far the best snowballing setup bc I have not seen anyone play it since first strike got nerfed but it’s the one that is giving more success for me, also building 3rd runaan looks bait bc feels like a really big drop of single target damage on crit build

Jinx is a good matchup for twitch, you scale great, have good flanks + range with ult, and jinx hates being snuck up on without a reset.

No because Jinx has perma uptime as her 700+ range is unconditional. I think twitch technically has higher dps potential though just cause he has more as + ad compared to jinx pre reset. Ofc its easier to multihit with jinx rockets than twitch ult projectile, so it's pretty situational.
