It looks poor because u miss value if he finds the call, but by announcing this raise your ensuring calls from lower pairs or weak aces perhaps. KJ - Nah man, this was a 10 out of 10 played perfectly! I was thing a raise to $60 so would have lost $30 less, but still perfect play. Had I better knowledge of the villain, I may have called the $100, but not knowing enough the $100 looked like a value bet to me, so FOLD! JJ - I would have potted this one after taking a minute, or two to ponder. Otherwise, your play was perfect again, I wouldn't have played it any different, and that dude wasn't calling any raise no matter the amount. AA - I would've just reluctantly called, and hope he continued betting on the river! You had the nuts unless he had pocket K's or a K with the river hitting a K. Highly unlikely, and only one more card to get more of his money, so no need to raise his initial bet. 24:47 He hit the 8-10 straight on the turn, and then came the dreaded K so he got smart! I love watching your vlogs, too funny, and knew you were still going to get it wrong after looking the word up, it's one of those words a lot of folks mess up. I think the way you played the KJ hand was mostly fine. I don't care for the raise that much because once you get called you're in a precarious spot. When you raise the flop then check turn and he bets anyways, you are almost for sure beat. As played I think you missed a good spot to turn your top pair into a bluff on the river. Raise flop, check turn, jam on flush completing river card. That would smell like a flush all day to most players. Though he didn't have much behind so it may be that you didn't have much fold equity anyways. Personally i'm probably just taking a check call line on the flop against two players.
