This games problem is that the animations dont affect the attacks, when the animation starts the dmg is already done so anime adventures did it better

I actually relate to the poor family situation with you on a spiritual level. The only gaming experience I've ever had were the dusty and musty thrashed cardboards I'd find in the street and I'd make myself swords out of them, using Duct tapes. We also had an old PS2 when I was about 8, me and my cousin (we lived 9 mfs in the same apartment) would play Lego Batman on the PS2 all day long since that was the only game we've ever had (there was also Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga and it's what got me so into Star Wars, thought we didn't play it as much back then). We didn't have the money to buy a save data card-gizmo-thing so we had to start and complete the entire storyline all over again every day and it was peak entertainment for us. We would wake up about 4 AM (in the summer of course), the TV we used was an old Tube TV (like the YT logo), we'd block off the Audio things with Pillows so our parents doesn't hear us being up so early so we wouldn't also get dropkicked out of a bulletproof window. (those of you who had a PS2 know how LOUD the startup sound is) Honestly the best years of my life, just like you said, you really learn to appreciate things more and more when you have a childhood like that.
