It looks like Scar got you sorted with iron for the beacon in the end. For future refrence, if you have a villager trading hall set up like you do now, you can easily get enough emeralds to get a beacon pretty quickly. There's a few ways to go about it, what I usually do is buy bookselves from librarians, break it and sell books back to them.
