Casetoo bhai setting me jake difficulty level 1.0 kro and then bottom me ek option hoga maximum difficulty ko tick krdo usse apko max 150 level k dinos milnge. Main thing press tab and drun dino wipe command " cheat DestroyWildDinos " This command will clear all the dinos that are not tamed and new high level dinos will spawn hope this helps.
