Deep roots may be the best one for lone hero Lux. I’ve only ever not gotten 1st place because of stuns. If someone has a cracked out Vi or Violet, a Viktor, really anyone who can stun lock her it’s GG’s. She has enough damage and shielding/healing with the BT to keep her alive but only if she’s not stunned. the additional armor and magic resist really isn’t necessary with how fast she attacks and how often she triggers both her own shield and the BT shield

I hit this comp in ranked the other day, I ended up beating 500 chem baron cashout and 4 star lux dealt nearly 60k damage in a single combat, I'd never seen numbers from that from anything other than a 3* legendary before

Low rolled but still top 3 so still not that bad. I had perfect Bis lux with one of her archangels being radiant, and still lost to chem baron cash out with deeproots because they would pull her out of the corner and the perfected item reduced her dmg to 20% so even with over 400 ap she was just tickling them while being fully surrounded. Tempo lux is more of a problem imo. Such a great item holder if you hit early archangels even as a 2 star

When i play this comp i dont upgrade any unit except singed 3 so that they die fast (singed insta dies but casts his 3 star buff first). Then lux 1v9. When i upgrade too much tanks they survive too long and lux dies from aoe

I played this today, perfect augments, items, all frontline 3 star and lux 3 star on stage 3, i also got anomaly that gives 40% ap from all sources and i went 7th. Idk whats wrong with the comp. I even got an augment that gives durability when you have shields on

Easy; lux don't need ap on anomaly; she need mage armor or deep roots that's all, and the frontline 3 star is really bad, the front line need to die not be too strong

Gold casual here, I was wondering why deep roots is suggested as the anomaly for this comp. Don't you just risk your lux pulling a strong unit towards her and getting oneshot before her team dies? I have only encoutered this lux comp once and deep roots was taken and the lux was pulling my 4 star violet and getting killed.

Why do you insist on keeping the ezreal so desperately over 2 star loris and other potential 3 star 2 costs... the entire point of this comp is to delay as much as possible for your archangels to stack, so ezreal is by far the least important unit in this (and he can easily be substituted for something like any of the emissaries, sorcerers or another acedemy unit), its not as good sure, but the difference is miniscule

Deserved whiff. Spent 8 critical gold when he was still on a clear win streak leading into the most important evolve for the comp. Extra 3 economy gold for 11 more rerolls was way more important than a spike right now. That's a, I'm playing for 4th/3rd play. Especially when you passed on 40% more ap after rerolling for a while. Like, you already hard committed to not winning, but not losing. Take the strong enough evolve and you'd have done better
