Just wanted to tell you: A lot of the characters that seem new in this season are actually from previous ones! They came from 3 main places: 1. In season 1, a recommended character could join the game, and while David won and joined, the other 29 characters participated in BFB. 2. Before season 2, people would vote on who would join the season, with Donut, Puffball, Gelatin, and Yellow Face joining the game, and 8 other characters who didn't make it but now compete in BFB. 3. Finally, a day before season 1 episode 25 came out, they released a joke episode with the characters Foldy, Stapy, and Liy as contestants. Edit: Another thing to note, there's always some short scenes after the credits of the episode and they are usually very important, so remember to watch them!

To answer your questions, BFB was both made and takes place after BFDIA and IDFB. To this day, we aren't sure where exactly they are because we don't know what happens in the rest of IDFB. You can notice that it does take place close to Yoyleland, as you can see Yoyle Mountain in the background of a few shots. Episodely reminder to not watch any other object shows other than BFDI and II for a while.

The reason for all the new characters is that bfb featured every bfdi character that could have gotten in the show (meaning it has debut characters too) except for nonexisty and purple face (who was replaced with loser)

BFB is probably one of the most insane and weird seasons of BFDI. It starts with 64 people and then a number and a variable come in. A bunch of stuff happens and I think youll like this season, Mairusu.

After you watch TPOT 6 you should start going into the wiki on the episode you just watched (There's no spoilers if you just stay on the page of an episode you already watched) And it will tell you the episodes that came out in real time order (Not chronological) because in a later TPOT episode they bring up a character that was eliminated in bfdia
