@@francescooo5736 he's right. The narrative weight of the U-20 game is up there with The Shibuya Incident, Post-Rize Chainsaw Man, The Amo's Angels in Gachiakuta and even Yorknew City. The build-up and hard work taught all of the players skills which were used in unique ways and pushed everyone to their narrative limits. It even set up one of the strongest premises in a Sport's Manga I've read, outside of The Prince of Tennis with The NEL.

I say this with the utmost confidence - blue lock season 2 will be one of the greatest sports anime arcs of all time. I’ve read the manga and there’s no manga that got me jumping up from my chair, screaming in excitement other than G5 for one piece. The artstyle, the peak moments, the characters, everything is just greatness. Theres literally a chapter where no words are said for 14-15 pages except for one, and it’s one of my favourite chapters in the entire series. Blue lock season 2 (if animated & perceived correctly) will break the internet 🔥

I enjoy blue lock a lot , however in terms of overall quality ( animation and writing) I gotta give it to Haikyu. Also haikyu is a show that tell us a story of a sportsmans and It explains the details of volleyball very well. Blue lock is more like shounen show with a football concept, It has nothing to do with real football. But I stil enjoying and not saying its a bad show.
