@@hetoverseo3887 nah lol still too much, I was kind of under leveled, and I wasn’t gonna grind to beat those enemies or be able to survive hits. I think it came down to that really. Don’t think any spells would help, I just needed to be more stronger. Which I wasn’t willing to put more time into since I completed the game with 100+ hrs logged

Okay i'm gonna rush through second playthrough so hard, i'm at the same levels you we're in your "OP Team Breezes..." video, and still not done with the final chapter. One thing that irked me, i did the Hawaiian Haunt dungeon yesterday and the third floor alone gave me 5x of the ultimate Kunoichi armor, like wtf am i gonna use 5 for?! 3 at most can be used. I know it's just RNG but it just felt so weird, got one or two of the same armor for different classes as well though so not completely bad.

Planning on a quick run through on hard to tidy up my remaining achievements which are mostly mini games. Then a final legendary run for the final achievement and I’m done.

You can just do the legendary mode I believe. People said you can cheese the achievement by changing the difficulty before entering the final tower or something

I'm curious by the way, how did you spend your stat boosters, if at all? Your characters seem to have around the same HP so wondering if you spread them out instead of like me, just spamming them all onto Ichi?

I didn't use the Stat booster that came with the master vacation bundle. As for other ones I farmed I gave magic to ichi agility to chitose and attack to kiryu

Did you just play NG+ on legend or did you also do a hard playthrough? If you only did it on Legend, did you also get the achievement/trophy for beating it on hard? I'm trying to 100% it and I want to know if I need to go through both or not

I did it on legend. You don't get both acheivments. You need to cheese it by changing difficulty before the final fight

Compared to True Final, this was a cakewalk. I seriously think something is wrong. I was never even mildly threatened in NG+ and the only fight I struggled with period was initial playthrough vs the legends, I was just underleveled a bit. Dondoko is sorta fun, but very weirdly implemented with the grind. Sujimon collection was more or less pointless when you have the DLC characters you just destroy everyone. The one saving grace is the game itself as you said was very fun and the story was good enough to make it worth it, but I still put 7 ahead of this slightly in that regard. TBH the hardest thing in the whole game is probably sega bass fishing full clear, took me over an hour and luck to catch the final bass cause of the jank.

i should check it again but i think you can buy a bunch of unique items after you have gotten them the first time in the pawnshop, i saw a bunch of the unique armour sets in there at least.

As somebody who is just figuring out how builds and buffs and debuffs work together it wasn't that easy at first. The amon fight I've not even come close even with new game plus.(granted I'm at the proper difficulty level)

Ran a Host Ichiban nuke setup at abOut 1215 magic. And Chef Kiryu at about 820 AD. Ended with everyone at about lv92. Was defintely overkill even for legend NG+

14:35 i played yakuza like a dragon and im interested in infinite wealth but i'm afraid its so boringly easy. Like a dragon was weirdly unbalanced. Great game but the only realy minus point i would give the game is just gameplay, the difficulty. When games become to easy the game almost falls apart. Because so much of things you can do to get stronger feel unrewarding because you don't need it at all. And its so frustrating because its so EASY to make a game harder. Even just simply tweaking damage done/ damage gain files in the game would instantly transform the whole game. Suddenly you want the best weapon because you need it. You want that armor. You want those skills and upgrades.

Hey how did you max the personality stats and kiryu's stats? I finished all exams, collected all memoirs, life links everything but I'm only at lvl 9 for kiryu and 8-9 for ichiban I'm stuck at these three trophies

@@okami9039 you only need 1 level 10 for kiryu, the rest level 9 for his trophies, as for ichi, it was kinda a grind, just going over the completion list, making friends, grinding all jobs to a certain level to get their stats, doing mini games, just doing everything I could do!

Wait can’t you buy back the base weapon used for crafting the character’s ultimate weapon from one of the pawnshops. Either way it sucks having to pay back the money to use the character for a harder difficulty without it. Sorry Nanba you are getting benched if that happens again. Like A Dragon8 when compared to Yakuza 7: Like A Dragon Millenium Dragon Final Dungeon it is definitely an improvement, because in order to get the Platinum trophy players had to grind so much of those Invested Vagabonds for each Job class just to take it on.

I don't care if the DLC was the best game in the world there is NO REASON NG+ should be locked behind a $20 paywall. If we don't nip this in the bud now then more companies are going to start doing it and before you know it additional save slots will start to be locked behind a paywall as well.

it was super long but NG+ is maybe only 15-20 hours more its much much shorter so it could be worth finishing up but it will be fun whenever you come back also im sure

I’m looking at your map and could tell you barely did any sub stories, sujimon fights, or heart to hearts on the street lol maybe NG+ resets things, but that still doesn’t explain the map not being fully explored, so 76 hrs sounds like a rush job to me

Those all get reset along with map exploration. I did probably 80% of the content. There were for sure some side stories I didn't feel like doing but I did for sure the majority of stuff. I finished sujimon, dondoko Island, crazy delivery, spent some time in claw machines maxed out most of the relationships But I did also not play super slow or anything as I enjoy rpg mechanics and most of my content focuses on thst so while I didn't rush I did keep progress in mind if I was getting to distracted

Can you make an updated list of the best jobs in the game including the Tennis and Football jobs. Theirs a reason I say this. You can a make a video that's with and without those jobs. That way a person like me who has those jobs. Knows if he/she is limiting their party or not.

bro you are funny. you said that New Game Plus is bad, and easy. I went in with my level 64 Ichiban, and the first enemy beat me. I didn't expect that a level 75 enemy would appear 🤣 in the first game it wasn't like that. The enemies started at a low level. It seems like they improved that. I'm not really upset. I just don't understand why you say it's bad. They allow you to bring everything, and the enemies are level 75. They improved that. you never mentioned it.

In the first games New Game Plus I was a little scared because it said that you have to be at a certain level and enemies will be stronger, but when I decided to start doing it, level one level two enemies appeared i was like damn Piece Of Cake, now in this game they improved that a lot And I liked that a lot.

Missed opportunities left and right, ridiculous plot points that made zero sense, awful pacing, and a lot more. It's the most ridiculous Yakuza story so far. These games don't have very good stories, but they're usually not this insane. Yakuza 0 had what I consider a good or decent story, just for the record.

@user-tb9cn8bh9p I think yakuza 7 had one of the best video game stories to date. This one was worse but still an amazing experiance. I'm not a writer and don't want to try and express my feelings in a simple comment but essentially I disagree with everything you said. I found it engaging. Through the game I felt sad, happy, anger, laughter, a full range of emotion. Not much more I can ask. I'm not sure what examples you have of a great video game story but if this game isn't it we just differ in taste I suspect.
