Congratulations! I am at 54k words on my novel and have 3.5 chapters left. I should have just over 60k by the end. So excited! 😊 finishing a novel always feels so amazing.

I recently finished my first book too!! Back in September. It was actually for my best friend's birthday. But it was huge, like in, 117k words and 564 pages huge. 😄 I finished it in 2 and a half months. It was a CRAZY deadline.

I've never been able to stick to my NaNo projects and it always keeps me from writing because i always feel discouraged. I didn't try it last year and now in 2023, I'm almost done with my first draft!! I'm so excited about it!

OH MY GOD!!! Congrats!!! I finished the first draft of my book I’d been writing for a few months. So when I finished it, I was so surprised I didn’t cry. The MC’s story is so impacting in my book and I’m so grateful for everything and everyone in my life that has helped me create it. Being a writer/author can be strange. Sometimes you feel shy, scared, lazy, confident, sad, exhausted, excited, and overwhelmed, but at the end of it all, you find yourself putting those emotions into your story. So that way the next time you look back on your book, you can think, “wow I felt these emotions” and the reader can feel those emotions too. The reader can feel well…your emotions.

I wanted to do Nonowrimo but November was FULL of exams, I started doing stuff for my driver's license and I generally had four times a week school till noon and I literally wouldn't be able to do Nonowrimo and get good grades.
