Rather proud of myself that I’ve read three of these recommendations. One book that I really expected to be on the list is Dr. Spencer Johnson’s ‘Who Moved My Cheese?’. I don’t believe there’s a simpler book that teaches you how to deal with change in life as well as this one.

There is a magic in the flow of the story telling with Ruskin Bond . I was reading the book "Blue Umbrella" to my 9 years old daughter. She is a kind of glued to this mentally - read about a week time as a part of her bed time routine. This is a small book, but we feel so soon the story got over.

It seems to me that you really enjoy reading Ruskin Bond. I would really recommend another one of his works, a novella called Tales from Fosterganj. It's one of the best things I've read and experienced

It's his philosophy/non fiction books that are hard to read while on the other hand his novels are fairly easy to read. I believe Vaani mentioned The Fall which is one of his novels
