With Rachel in the boat you won before the tourney started. Yes please enter more derby’s with Rachel. One suggestion: would it work for Rachel to us a somewhat heavier spinning rod? More backbone, but fewer issues with bird nests? Don’t rush the bait caster. Keep it fun for her. Another suggestion from someone married 51 years. If she needs a break make sure she is comfortable. I think you will catch more fish in the long run. Stay safe! God Bless.

Do what i did for my wife and daughter, invest in a toilet seat for a 5gal bucket and keep it on the boat. The bucket can double to hold supplies until needed as a toilet

Word to the wise. Don't throw a keeper back when you don't have a limit.. Plus, you should put on a tournament of nothing but married couples.. Requirements would be they have to have a boat and a go pro so you can splice footage to make a video...
