Kevin, 2 questions/suggestions. If you like this idea, the second suggestion, please like it so it gets Kev's attention. First, I'm guessing something is wrong with the drive train, maybe some binding at one or more of the wheels? IDK but, it shouldn't drive so loose. Maybe it is just the diff oil but, check that all wheels spin/roll evenly and freely. Next, do you know any aftermarket manufacturer who could modify the hand brake and center diff. It's a neat idea but, they implied it poorly IMO. It should work more like a clutch that both disengages the front driveshaft from the center diff and at the same time applying breaking to the front diff. Like moving a clutch plate from being engaged to the center diff to being disengaged and into a brake plate. That would make for some sick drifting and people would buy it.
