They really should have put his passive as a type of cycle, that way even if he has the downsides of having the buff removed, there's always the threat that if he doesn't because the opponent neglects him, he could still one shot. He's not absolute garbage, and can come up if buff removal isn't common in the meta, but he needed something that wouldn't negate buff removal, but didn't cripple him in all situations.

Albedo makes your team too passive, all of the most common pvp teams counter her with stance cancel. She's also susceptible to ult rushers and DK without demon support as seen in this video can't even output enough damage to make up for it. This is just 20 mins of cope on screen
