He’s trying to make the version of Wanda from Age Of Ultron, yes in Infinity War, Civil War, and Endgame she had black pants on, but she never appeared in the Avengers Tower with them on…. The only movie she appeared in the Avengers Tower was Age Of Ultron.. and she had a skirt on in that film. So he’s just trying to make it more accurate.
