The reason they used that duel was so they could include more minifigures that people might’ve wanted from the show. However, personally I think a transport ship featuring Vader would’ve been better, as that also gives them an excuse to feature tiny Leia as a figure as well as the droid.

They are both differnt duels the set is based in ep 3 or 4 the one where rocks are dumped on obi wans head is in ep6

I think this is just a result of Lego making sets so early in advance that when we see the final product we wish we got different sets. Even worse if the set is based off of unused concept art. But I understand they have a time that they have to make Lego sets within a specific time frame
