This is really a strong project, I love your theme and content! The round Croissant at the first store in France is really cute, although it doesn’t look like a horn, it’s still very attractive. It turns out that no matter what, local production is the best, thanks for sharing! P. S. I really hope to see you introduce the butter Croissant, I don’t know if you will go to France again! 👍😄🙏

This really isn’t a “strong project”- it’s clear he didn’t really know where to go or how the croissant is made. I don’t know what you mean by “butter croissant”- they all are made with butter if made properly.

Great video, Brett! I absolutely love a good croissant. I think NYC has some of the best croissants although my favorite spot worldwide is ‘Lune Croissanterie’ in Melbourne. They were also rated the best in the world by our own NY Times. My top croissant spots in NYC: Bread Story (East Village) Eclair (Upper East Side) L’Appartement 4F (Brooklyn Heights)

I am French and going against the norm so I will tell you this ; The pastry aka Viennoiseries doesn't need to look pretty on the outside. The best croissants I've had in my region in the French countryside were ugly AF to the point I didn't want to taste test them. Once you taste it, Oh my god ... Its heaven !
