I had a great experience with Delta many years ago. And even though it was completely my fault. I was on a layover with a second flight around 11:00 p.m. or so, I had one earbud in and for some reason I did not hear the person calling the gate and I completely miss my flight. I went to customer service, they paid for a hotel room and shuttle to and from back and rescheduled my flight for the next morning. Great customer service.

Honestly I had never flown until this year and I’m almost 23 years old, and despite the Delta workers not being the most talkative, they were by far the most accommodating and would help with anything you needed. I will say my favorite was Breeze Airlines, although they don’t have many flights.

Tried delta twice before, flight was delayed for 2 days, no refund, no hotel. The flight was also extremely uncomfortable, even though I was in business class because of the constant turbulence. And the take off + landing was so bad that I got motion sick even though I never do for every other flight I’ve been on. Might be because of the bad pilot but anyway, never flying delta again

I think it’s overrated bc ive been on economy for 500$, a two way 2h flight and i think its just a waste of money. The service is fine but i paid 500 bucks for decent service and a small bag of sun chips. Spirit or frontier is way better i got 80$ tickets for the next time

my dad is a pilot for delta so we get to go anywhere for free in first class whenever we want. delta recently came out with delta one and it is even fancier then first class. each seat has little doors that close and the chairs collapse into beds.

A lot of airlines have lounges too that are just as nice, An American Airlines lounge in Japan is has like 2 restaurants, a bar, balcony, sleeping corridors, avocado toast stand, and a small breakfast and drink bar. Almost all airlines have a private lounge if you have a membership or fly first class!

I booked a flight from Toronto to Tampa, with a layover in Atlanta with Delta. And boy, was the flight AMAZING?! From the service, to the flight quality, to the entertainment, everything! There was even these 2 old people I sat next to that were nice as hell! Really, the only downside I see is the price. But it isn’t even crazy expensive, you can even use 3rd party websites so it’s cheaper, so that’s a plus!

This video needs to clarify lounge access was only available with his first class ticket because he was traveling internationally. No airline except Alaska airlines offers lounge access with their first class tickets for domestic flights. They only offer that for international flights. Also first class for domestic flights is basically economy with more leg room nothing luxurious about it like you see on social media. Those videos of first class with luxury are from international flights

On my first (and only) flight to the US from Germany I decided to fly with Delta and it was great! The food was normal economy class food, so it was ok but not the best but the service, the check-in, the economy class seats, the flights at all and the planes were great.
