Been using TRKIR since 2008 for flight Sims and FPS, If you only use one monitor 1:1 head tracking is not ideal esp x axis try something like 1:3. Also if you zero calibrate your head position slightly forward & looking down a bit from your natural playing position you create a very small dead zone for z axis. This helps if you don't won't your screen zooming in & out with every slight lean fwd or Bk. Like the channel👍

The procedure with start-up approved and getting pushback on another frequency is quite normal in europe. This "Startup approved" does not mean that you start the engines before pushback. It's like the activation of your ATC-Flightplan and that ATC expects you to call to leave your parking stand via pushback or taxi out within the next 10 or 15 minutes. Depends on the airport how long this time frame actually is. So the sequence is like this: You request clearence on delivery, he then issues the clearence and you read it back. Then he normally says "readback correct, report ready". Then you complete your cockpit setup and paperwork and when all doors are closed and you are finally ready to push or start your engines on a taxi out stand. You then report ready on delivery. He then says "startup approved and contact ground/apron". Now you switch to ground or apron and call for pushback or on a taxi out stand you directly request taxi. Once you obtained your pushback clearence you commence your push and start your engine as usual during pushback. And great video. I love your enthusiasm :)

Man this is awesome. It’s a budget vr headset but much more convenient as you don’t have a 5 pound hunk of plastic on your head. But if I used this, would glasses interfere with it?

Yeah it doesn't break the bank and it's so light aswell. And with you glasses you'll be fine because it tracks the leds not your actual head
