The little thing she uses to wash her face are game changers.. you can get 2 of them at the dollar store or dollar tree in Canada and they are amazing, definitely made my skin look clearer, they are so much easier to clean and it actually makes it faster to wash your face and I love how it makes any face wash super foamy

Other than the fact her skincare routine takes 24 hours to complete, never use skin care products AFTER sunscreen! It messes with the sunscreen and can cause it to not be as effective. So if you’re crazy and following Shay’s tutorial along with Darcei, just remember to use the moisturizer BEFORE the sunscreen!

Also people who make a living with their faces have plastic surgeons, dermatologist, aesthetician, facialist, etc on call. You’re kinda wrong! If you’re using a chemical sunscreen you’re supposed to apply it first! Chemical sunscreen needs to be absorbed by the skin to be able to provide protection! Physical or mineral sunscreen should be applied AFTER moisturizer

I’m a makeup artist, and she’s right with the lash curler, it should be done in three parts, lash line, middle and ends of the lashes. You’re supposed to press in each place 5 times. I also like individual lashes best if I need to put lashes on myself or someone else

I have the same silicone scrubber Shay was using. It is my all time favorite skin tool lol. I’m one of those ppl that HAS to exfoliate or I don’t feel right lol. But obviously physical scrubbers in cleanser are not ideal for everyday use and can damage skin more. So I felt the silicone scrubber was my best option to still be able to exfoliate everyday lol
