I think the A E I O U and Me achievement is the best steam achievement in CK3. It made me think outside the box. I couldn't just force myself through with wars to get what I want. That was really cool. Also, the Habsburgs are pretty interesting too and I like that they can be played with the idea of them forming the archduchy. These historic references are one of my very favorite things in ck3.

In Crusader Kings is very hard to do a incest dynasty, is more easy in Imperator Rome, I known that is not the most popular of the game, but in most of the Hellenic states, you only pass a law, to allow incest, that why I love that game.
