I truly think the best way to run dragonite is with weezing. I run Koga as a support card as well to sub out the weezing for no energy. It’s effective because I can save it from being KOd and it’s an easy way to get out dragonite n start dropping em Dracos. Also what does Sabrina do for you in dragonite decks?

From what I’ve seen, poison stays on til either the Pokemon dies, evolves, or switches out. Dragonite is my favorite card/deck to run right now, I made it a few days ago and I mostly win with it. I use Lapras or Zappos EX as my tank. I prefer Zappos up front though since he has a 1 retreat cost & has Peck for 1 energy if I want to do a tiny bit of damage in the beginning but I might try other tanks also

That pikachu match is why I’m not sold on Kang being so much better than snorlax. He’s only better if the game allows you to flip heads. I’m some situations, I rather just have the snorlax being a meat shield instead of the potential of Kang to do 30-60 damage.

It's more so when you need to retreat into a stronger mon but u can't because snorlax needs too much energy. When you face a deck that builds up slowly and becomes unstoppable, like ex venasuar or alakazam or charizard or even blaatoise the snorlax is just a detriment. Kanghaskhan puts pressure on the enemy while also being a meat shield

Instead of snorlax people run mewtwo(the non ex one) it has 120 hp so it still gets 3 shot by mewtwo and 2 shot by pikachu just like snorlax but it has a 2 cost retreat instead of a 4 cost

You should remove the Giovani cards and 1 of the sabrina cards, then you can add some more basic colorless pokemon. The deck would become alot more synergized that way, and also the skill in this game is about building the deck, not playing it.

Also I would definitely suggest Wooloo to be your tank, as it is a LOT more reliable, or add misty cards to get water energies more consitently in trash situations

The biggest thing keeping me from downloading the game is the luck aspect. There is WAY too much variance for my liking. Even with good deck building the luck aspect can ruin you.
