I see what you’re saying, having that many games going will usually result in a shiny much faster than playing a few or one. He does still put in the hours though, with tons of phases for some of the shinies too

Shinies are incredible! My first hunted full odds one was Treecko in Sapphire in 2008. I second that about older games, and the sprites usually look better in my opinion in Gen 5 and earlier

I ended up getting a full odds 1/4096 Lapras while watching your video (random Shiny doing BBQs in SV DLC) and I caught it in a Safari Ball. Your video brought me luck, and ironically full odds luck, I will edit more to my comment as I watch, but I wanted to say your BDSP Shiny Starter luck is cracked. xD I watched past the Shiny Delibird so far :) Edit: Me catching that Shiny Lapras in a Safari Ball was also ironic, saw that clip during Safari Week and thought of that when I used my Safari Ball too. I remember Shiny Hunter Josh going 56 Phases for Shiny Magmat, you beat him in phases, he did have less systems but still. I think Top 5 Shinies for you this last year were Magmar, Delibird, Mantine, Scyther, and Sneasle. Good luck on your Shinies for 2024 🥳 ✨

All of the DS cap cards are controller modded using a device produced by InsideGadgets, if you come by the stream sometime I can link you to their fantastic product that I use!
