You had to wait more than 5 days for a water heater. We’ve traveled 28 miles to pick one up at Home Depot. 3 more miles to the site. Had it installed in an hour. Back home in another hour and charged the customer for 3 hours of our time plus materials. All in all less than $700. Electric water heaters are very easy to install. Don’t let your plumber solder the supply lines in. Use stainless steel flex lines.

You should get a Waterless Hot Water Heater. I love mine. You save a lot of money from not heating the hot water 24/7.

FYI I have an intermatic timer for my hot water heaters. Saves about $150 a month on my electric. I have been using them since th 80s, I set it to heat water in early morning, mid afternoon anf about 7,

Danni, this was in tonight’s news. A rare vase by an Italian architect recently sold at auction for $107,100 - even though at its previous sale, it went for just $3.99. The vase by Carlo Scarpa was sold by Jessica Vincent, a thrifter who bought it at a Goodwill in Virginia.

Envious that you still have garage sales in December! Here in Ct it’s been in the 40-50 degree range but next week it’s going to be 23-30 degrees with snow coming. One of the sales you saw square Disney glasses. If those were from McDonalds from 2004 ish they can be worth picking up. I found some at Savers for $1.50 and they sold for $10 each

Great to see Picker Road and yourself out together, I was beginning to worry! Although in the UK I love Bob Ross, his painting shows are shown daily on one of our tv channels, so calming and delightful to watch. He has inspired so many artists over here, so much so that I have bought two original oil paintings and two prints from a very talented artist who paints the Bob Ross way and his paintings are stunning. There are wheels that come on a metal bar that the fish tank can sit on one on each end and one or two in the middle. They are not too expensive. This would make it so that it can be moved easily. I put a piece of really nice material over the bottom to the floor with Velcro because my wheels were taller. They have some lower to the floor ones that still roll well. They come in handy for file cabinets and other heavy items that may need to be moved.
