I live in Okinawa and we don't do Daylight Savings Time here. It's pretty dark out until about 6:30 in the Fall/Winter and it gets dark about the same time at night too. I like the weather this time of year, but the dark sucks. I like later sunsets in the Summer.

ik how you feel about raymond and you're 1000% valid (i used to feel the same way), but i used to have him on my island and i LOVED him. it didn't have anything to do with his popularity, we just became besties. sadly i reset that island, maybe someday i'll get him back. EDIT: thank you so much to the people who offered to help me get him! for my own safety, though, i've ordered my own pack of amiibos including raymond (and kiki, my #1 dreamie)

the reason 2.0 came out early, because it was released worldwide and not time zone by time zone. it released november 5th *in japan*, so it _technically_ came out on the 5th. (don’t know why nintendo did it or if it was an accident or not)

(ISLAND VILLAGER DRAMA ALERT PLEASE READ) Oh my god idk if ANYONES going to see this but I need to clear my head on what just happened on my island. Okay so basically I log on for the first time today just to see what’s happening on my island so a bit. Maybe check out the turkey day festivities, something like that. And to give backstory, Keaton and Pashmina are dating on my island. I know this because one they spend too much time together, and two the first day I had Keaton over at my island, pashmina was in his house chatting with him. Anyway, Audie is the new villager I just put on my island. I put her on yesterday. So, I boot up the game today and what do I find on the start screen? KEATON CHEATING ON PASHMINA WITH AUDIE BEHIND THE PLAZA BUILDING. I’m not joking. So, I rush onto the game, and their gone. But guess who’s in the plaza? OZZIE. Ozzie witnessed it all. So, I go to talk to pashmina, and now she’s dreaming about what life would be like on another island. I go to Audie, she’s saying how she’s all about having fun. I go to Keatons house, he’s sleeping. Upright. And not in one of his three beds. I go back in, he’s awake. I then talk to him AND HE BEGINS FLIRTING WITH ME SAYING HOW BEAUTIFUL MY DRESS IS AND THEN STARTS SPEAKING IN SPANISH SAYING “that’s Spanish for YOUR clothes!” I’m shocked, I go back out, and Ozzie is walking over to the air port, and then looks out on the water by himself, contemplating his life. He then sees me and acts like he wasn’t doing anything and walks away. I have proof for all of this by the way. (Except for the scene of the cheating, that I was just so shocked I couldn’t take a picture) I talk to pashmina again and again, and she keeps being either passive aggressive or being very sad. Or like she’s hiding something. SHE KNOWS. SHE HAS KNOWN!!!!!! THIS WHOLE TIME. a bit earlier, Audie went to bed. Not very weird, but it was still odd to me. I go to find Ozzie once again, sitting by the waterm contemplating his life. He 100% saw it. My sisters come in, I explain to them what’s happened, and then we boot up the game again, and guess what. KEATON IS IN THE PLAZA FLIRTING WITH WHITNEY (my animal crossing wife by the way. She calls me wifey as my nickname.) AND THEN GETS UP, AND BEGINS SINGING TO HER. I am boiling, so I get in as fast as I can, and keatons gone. He went to bed. I talk to pashmina again because she’s still up by the way, and she then starting talking about how no one believes her when she talks about how much she loves flowers. Wait, flowers? Yes villager dialogue is random, but flowers? And no one believes her? Wait..SHES COVERING IT UP!!! I figure out what she’s actually saying and what I think she’s saying is no one believes her when she says Keaton is cheating on her with Audie. After this talk, and walks over to my house, sits in front of my tree as I follow her, and gives me a side eye. She knows I know. That’s as far as this has gone so far, but I am extremely shocked at this information. WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THIS YALL-

I do remember when the 2.0 update dropped a whole day early. Everyone was so hyped. And LOL on records being from the 1950's. I think you are off by about a hundred years. I didn't fact check this but I believe phonograph technology was are in the mid to late 1800's, and moving to flat discs from the cylinder was in the early 1900's. I don't remember what video of yours I saw first but it was probably a villager hunt. You had me cracking up with the random talks about Drag Race and whatever else was on your mind.

I honestly was confused with the three day rule with amiibos but then I realized it takes three days for a villager to basically move out, for example: Day 1: Villager ask to move out, proceed to use amiibo for day one Day 2: Villager is in boxes, proceed to use amiibo for day two Day 3: Villager is out with a open plot, invite the amiibo character one last time to confirm their move and that's the last day.
