I love the Diplo Quarter in almost any game. +5 influence points means you can spread out your envoys, and you get a little extra bonus to that city with the extra envoys. Not the most powerful district, but it will definitely help you keep Babylon in this game. By the way, it must be strange to not get those extra four Governor titles. I also love Secret Societies.

How do I enable the description of things to appear upon mouse hover over such thing. For example, when Potato hovers over theater square, it immediately lists out all adjacency bonuses to the right of his mouse. Seems like a very nice setting that I can't seem to find. Thanks!

noob here. He explains ''locking in a cheaper price by building districts early. Making them cheaper later on'', does this mean gold and production cost remains the same value at that turn but removes tile yields??

when you place a district its price is locked in, district price increases as you advance through eras, but once it is placed it will stay the same, if I place a district in Ancient Era it will be 60-100 production, but rennaissance it could be 200 production, but that district I placed in ancient will still cost 60-100

The rest I can have or leave, but I just have to have at least one Campus. For a culture victory, I want Radio and Computers as quickly as possible. A steady, high income of Science just feels like the way to do it.

I mean all of the above statements are correct to differing degrees but oof... some of them are a bit oversimplified. The Celts were a vast people who populated much of western Europe and in many ways didn't have a core identity. The Gallic Celts of continental Belgium and France were quite different from the 'Insular' Celts of most of Britain - including of course Boudicca, featured in Civ V. So in summary, to say that the (or 'all') Celts are Gallic is like saying all Europeans are French, or that all British people came from England. But in terms of Civ VI, Gaul could be the closest you get to playing as Ireland, by virtue of the Celtic thread, yes. Currently, at least.

I think entertainment complexes are a waste of production. Some cities may not be able to build wonders but ECs everywhere seems like a waste. And though campuses aren’t necessary for the win condition, earlier policies and techs (i.e. Radio, Computers) make for an earlier and easier culture win.

Since relics are very good for the Congo, what are your thoughts on deviating from the normal civic path to be able to build the Mont St. Michel; I mean, you're gonna get apostles anyway, why not guarantee the martyr promotion? Second, big ask, could you do a Greek culture blitz game. I was thinking about Korea and their massively overpowered Seowon districts, and I pondered over the idea that there was a culture equivalent; and thought that maybe Greece was the top candidate. So, I watched your series on Gorgo and having been trying to replicate on Pericles (even though you said he was a poor choice cause he generates too much culture?). I can get the win usually around turn 250 or less, but I feel as though it's possible to get a sub-200. The problem being that Goddess of the Harvest is no longer in the game. Also, in your opinion, is there a better culture analog to Korea than Greece?

sub 200 on deity is super hard since goddess of harvest was removed. potato actually did a 127 turn speed run with sweden when it was still in the game. my fastest culture victory on deity was 217 turns and everything went incredibly perfect normally i win around 250 just like you

During the beginning you hold off from appointing Magnus as you wanted him for settlers when you start to mass-produce him, however, you still got him so why didn't you just appoint him to a random city to get his base bonus?

9:28 I think you put the harbour in the wrong place there. With the City and Crabs it's plus 3, instead of plus 2 for two crabs, but your commercial hub should go next to the silk, and commercial hubs get +2 from Harbour. So if you put harbour next to crabs and commercial next to silk and harbour, you'd still get a combined +5 while to get the same bonus you'd need to put your commercial between the silk and truffle, limiting chopping options. Also, there's more space next to the harbour and commercial hub allowing you to increase the bonus from adjacency, such as by putting something next to the mountain.

Your faith is actually pretty decent as Kongo. I recently did a Kongo game and I won pretty late. A useful thing to improve at civ 6 is at the end of every game, look at your empire and note down the mistakes you made. In the game I was talking about, I didn't go for enough cities, I didn't explore enough and I didn't get enough faith or build enough Mbanzas
