When the chest got blown up and still had items in it but dropped stuff, I think your items may have duplicated either due to a mod making chest drops different but dosen't know that mod has a keep inventory chest so it dropped the stuff but the items stayed inside at the same time causing a dupe.

The "don't fuckle with shuckle" strat is basically just shuckle with the contrary ability. It is the hidden/rare ability (im not sure how to get it in pixelmon). The ability makes all stat changes reverse. Then you use shell smash, which normally would lower defense and sp. defense, while sharply raising attack, sp. attack and speed. With the ability, it simply raises it's defenses. Then you go toxic and rest, and possibly protect or something of your chosing.

If you added the carpenters mod (I don’t remember what it’s call) you could put carpenter stairs down and put the masonry stones on it. To clarify what that does, carpenter stairs are able to make any block into stairs

I reccomend GeoStrata, it adds a bunch of cool stone copies, you break them and they become that kind of cobble, cook it back to smooth, but they look better, opal changes color through the world and makes a nice gradient when placed.

You can have the hole punched out like a tunnel and then build your house to the side in the mountain or above it and have the tunnel be like a lounge that can be used as a landing pad for when come in with the elytra and have it be a common area and build into the mountain above and around as different room
