Bryan might not have known about this as there was a dispute going on between Jake and Bryan and they were not into talking terms for a certain period of time and even if Bryan knew, his intuitions might not have served him right on the spot where he was with rich disguised as jake in the woods or his mind might not have tapped on that specific stream or chain of thoughts related to "Jake being in the farmhouse with his family and it's not possible for jake to be with him in the woods in the midnight" bla bla bla..

I have a question. Why Jake didn't try to prove his innocence? I mean he always posted everything in social media then he had enough evidence to proof that he was not home that night and was spending some time with his parents. Also his house keys were unattended so there's a possibility of theft 🤔

Actually a very good point Maybe the police could have check the CCTV of that resort where jack and his family stood that night, possibly it could be a fictional because he entered jack house without being under any spectation and surprisingly he found that key too which could usually they can give to neighbours or else and even police could have thought if he actually killed the bryen why would he just throw the knife and clothes so near to his body which can be easily caught or maybe true story nobody knows?

And one more thing is he was beaten by Jake and his friends and even had bones broken..then how did he manage to escape his own house with broken bones and injuries without anyone noticing

As someone who has analyzed over 400 true crime cases as a hobby and is aiming of becoming a pathologist .......I can say it is pretty fake by the whole setting of it and how the whole situation is set up like a dude like that to be able to adopt 2 kids and the whole first murder actually doesn't make much sense where was the rest of the family cus as single parent u cant adopt and the whole him shooting ........a 8yr old child cannot handle recoil he will have some injury for sure, and the fingerprints would sure be there on the gun which is standrad procedure in the investigation even if its as self exit . the second one there is a 1%chance but you know the police might be lazy but is not a fool there is a lott more that goes into an investigation like the jake dude had an alibi, the no DNA part, probable ccvt of the narrator ,......... i mean his innocence could very much be argued and dismissed GOOD STORY THO👍

i think the story on the letter was a made up story by the sender coz it was too predictable and the murder case was too easy to solve. And no court will give judgement just in one day even if I they have strong evidence against the accused.
