Thank you for sharing your trip and haul! A few things to add: gochujang is Korean chilli pepper paste. It's spicy (not straight up pepper in the Nigierian way; more sweet-spicy). It's not like ketchup apart from the red colour. Koreans use it for stews, sauces and marinades. You can also use it for pasta. For the Kopiko, it's an Indonesian brand like Indomie but it's popular in kdramas. I also grew up with Kopiko so it makes me feel nostalgic. Can't wait to see your taste test video!

Nice video. Looking forward to your Korean cooking series. There are loads of Korean food tutorials on KZbin that use every one of the items you bought. "Gochu" means chilli pepper. Gochujang is a hot chilli paste containing glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, salt and sometimes sweetner/sugar. It's usually used to make sauces and kimchi. Gochugaru is chilli flakes/powder, also used to make kimchi. The sachet is Dashi. It's used to make broth and contains bonito fish flakes and kombu which is a Japanese sea kelp. It is used to create the umami taste in Japanese cooking. "Oishi" is the Japanese word for nice/tasty/delicious.
