Stunning place and great scenery. Seen a couple of folk cave camp but too claustrophobic for me! I feel your pain with the migraines. I have chronic migraine syndrome, idiopathic headaches and epilepsy (and a few other non brain things), but they bloody hurt and sometimes one migraine rolls into another, or you get the migraine hangover. Then the stabbing from the idiopathic ones. I've been uner neurologist for years due to epilepsy and they've tried and tried to treat my migraines. Had years of different pills, you name it, I've finally been getting botos into my head thr last year and a half and it's seriously been life changing. The treatment stops after 2 years (September for me), to see if the pain has eased or changed.. I think they try and leave you 6 months or more but I'm sure if it gets too bad they said you can phone them up and re start, but all needs approved etc. I'm the same, forgetful woth it and my epilepsy too and my memory is seriously horrendous 😨, yet other times I can remember things down to the last second. The brain's a funny thing 😁

I used to get cluster suicide migraines.... what i learnt was this in a quickly made list: - as soon as you feel it coming, take a large dose of paracetamol. fuck worrying about chems at that time. it almost always stops it. - dont eat a lot of anything with high preservatives, sulfates, or MSG. - dont drink shit weird alcohol. and never ever ever mix. go straight for the source. i ended up finding that the only thing works is decent whiskey and normal coke or fizzy mineral water. - don't start massaging the fuck out your neck and head, makes it worse. - sleep it out as much as you can. - don't eat shit and mix drinks (did i say that already? oops). :) - FRESH AIR ALL THE TIME. It's mostly about your sinuses - keep them fresh. Get an air filter at home - one of the best things i've ever bought. Sorry for the ramble but this was a big thing in my life.. suicide migraines are exactly what they sound like. I don't wanna have them ever....

I found out the more I tried to get rid of them the more I got so I stopped worrying about them and they started to go away .thing with migraines is there individual to every person so theres no one cure just have to work it out whot works best for you . It was diagnosed back in 2010, when they woke me from a chemically induced coma. Back then I was given five years and a wheelchair-due to a ministroke, during the first craniotomy. Carpe Diem everyday, prognosis be damned. 👍
