Thank you Lily for saving the poor young boy. That wound was a pretty nasty one. Luckily both of you found each other. He will be fine with your care. Luckily, he is not that badly injured by the looks of it, but watch out he may still have some internal injuries. An x-ray might be a good idea to rule out internal injuries. Thank you.

It becomes a big problem for me, if there is a cat that needs to be x-rayed. In my area there is no veterinary clinic that is complete with medical equipment. So to do x-rays and blood tests, I have to go to a big veterinary hospital, and it is a very long journey, it takes hours to get there, especially if the traffic is heavy. This is my biggest problem in rescuing street cats.
