Well law is - you can have cannabis for your own usage in amount less than smaller. But no one knows how much it is ;) From what I hear, its not problem to have 1-2 joints at self if you are not selling them or not doing any problems. And that food - its with cannabis but without THC.. or with very small amount

Cannabis is not leagal in Prague. Those cookies doesn't contain no THC at all, it is not psychoactive, it just have mild taste of so called technical cannabis. You should be carefull, you can still face charges if you possess cannabis in Czech republic.

cannabis products in a convenience shop in the main tourist area of PRG...... :):) Scam,there is no cannabis in those cookies or your lollypop. The law says Its illegal to SELL or produce cannabis,and its illegal to keep 'bigger' amount of cannabis with you. But you can't be arrested just for using if you do not sell or produce. I think this is the same in all countries in Europe, making police to concentrate on drug business,not scoring cheap points doing arrests of lowly users. So if the shop was selling cannabis products owner would go straight to jail:) Your lollypop was just tourist scam;) ...but I guess you were really happy at the moment 'getting high on THC':) So main think is you enjoyed the moment:)

There is no THC in those "cannabis" products. It is legal to own very small amount of marijuana, but you can not sell it, or buy it. This is just a product with pictures, nothing more.
