If you need a consistent way of getting good food Ironmen can make Tuna Potatoes with no fishing requirement and only 68 cooking requirement and they can't be burnt. All you have to do is grow corn, every other ingredient can be bought from shops. They heal 22

Lmaooo I got a fang on kill 21, than a serpentine kc 27, then another fang on kc60, than another serpentine on kc 76. All drops are 1/512 and I got 4 in 76.
