Top 5 things to increase Iq and/or Conciousness 1. Drink Water (Healthy filtered and usually around a gallon a day depending on weight) 2. Eat foods and supplements that boost brain function (Organic foods and many fatty acid supplements) 3. Excercise! (Anaerobic will give you better physique and strength aerobic will give you better endurance and heart health but both Help the brain significantly) 4. Continued learning (Beyond just surface level learning but full integration learning of complex subjects) 5. Meditation (Focus and introspect and take time to be present and grow your spiritual mental and emotional awareness)

The real research has indicated that we haven’t found any way to increase IQ, but we did find that the one way to reduce IQ loss with age is exercise. It’s possible that what’s listed here can help a developing child reach their full IQ potential, but that’s not the same as raising IQ and I also don’t know of any research which indicates that. Also, I’d want to know whether this is correlational or causal. Did they give people these activities and then test them again? Or did they just look at smart people’s behaviors and infer? Those are two VERY different things
@cyval38902 жыл бұрын
there is evidence to show that you can improve your iq score by actually practicing the types of questions that would be on them, but the increase is no more than a couple points and im sure a lot of the increase comes from just being more comfortable and prepared for the test
@ArcticZombie2 жыл бұрын
@@cyval3890 Ye it’s not really increasing your IQ but just improving how good you can take the IQ tests.
@julesa17542 жыл бұрын
I disagree. IQ can increase but it happens over time and the change is not very drastic. Understanding how the tests work is one advantage but actually enforcing daily habits that stimulate and engage your brain will increase your performance and capability to process more complex problems that you might encounter in your life. Dropping other habits that deteriorate your general well being will also put a stop to your iq dropping so quickly with age and exercise. I will write about this in more depth and try to research and publish it in a year or 2
@julesa17542 жыл бұрын
Your question: I believe it was just a combination of observations made and one of those webmd articles about "good habits to increase your performance" lol
@mightyguy80292 жыл бұрын
Well increasing IQ is possible! Because, normal humans just can't process too much information together, like multi-tasking. There are ways to increase the power of processing, observation, concentration etc. So this is totally destroying the fact that IQ can't be increased.

Ive met fellow students at my university that had a IQ of 120 and most of them didn't know how to work a tv remote, google maps or their phones for silent Like these are people that are surrounded by essential electronics which is annoying because with an iq of that high I would think they'd know how to work out new things
@Alex.R.O.P Жыл бұрын
Their emotions hold them back. I have a little brother with 120+ and he can get so emotional in simple situations that he loses his ability to focus and remember.. One time he was crying out of frustration and i had to help him figure out why his playstation controller analog sticks were inverted. He somehow forgot that he had entered the settings menu on his game and accidentally hit a switch to make him go left when he was going right. I gave him a lot of tips that seemed to help his focus but it was ruined when his insecure parents stepped in and people from his comune.. Trusted people are making it worse for him because of their education from the city. We're not taught many things. Information is worth more than money. Information created money. Maybe you find it interesting idk. - Peace

Okay according to my research an IQ is measured by “Logic, spatial awareness, verbal reasoning, and visual abilities” seeing some of the things on this list makes sense, and I believe a LOT of us probably do it… however that doesnt automatically “add” to your score. The skills and tasks listed on this all relate to the first 4 categories I mentioned earlier. There were a few outliers but majority. Even though you may do the task, and you might even do it right or frequently doesn’t mean it will instantly add to your score instead it’ll simply help you *Improve* in the areas that the IQ test measures and might improve or make your score higher… just not automatically add to it though…
