So you know how a lot of ghosts were found in caves back in the day? Well I have a theory, I think that all of the cave dwelling ghosts died during the collapse of caves, and ghosts in forest, city, etc either were scared off to leave/hide away, or they felt defeated or something like that to leave (Or it could be as simple as them getting patched or removed idk)
