Great planning, great idea, also provide some jobs to the villagers. Then when you are semi retired from youtube, you can become the mayor of the village so you can help more the village, get scholarships for the youngsters with your youtube channels, your family of youtubers growing and teaching the village kids the art of travel youtuber sponsoring them so they can also progress comeback and then help you become mayor of Nairobi to keep helping the masses and youth, then probably President of Kenya you will be an expert in foreign policies by then. Your future looks very promising.

This was how I refuse buying a land at a particular place because I said it was a village. But the village is close to the border.After few years the Government decided to build an International Trade Fair inside the village just because its close to the border and can link other west African country. Now the village is a big business booming city, the cost of land there now is 20times what was offer to me back then. Its an investment big time.

Yet even though it would be a great investment because people are looking for peace and quiet. I'm sure the town is not more than 20 minutes away. His investment may be in his joy and happiness. Marwa I advise to not build your near a tree as the roots over time can get into your foundations and ruin your house. If it's a tree that will not grow any further and the root system has a maximum distance or curls into a circle then you may get away with it. Trees should be at least 20 meters away from the house. @@iammarwa also good deep cycle AGM Batteries if not, lithium Batteries, just as important as panels and invertor.. being into rentable energy myself and looking at the flowing water beside your land, you might be able to get away with having some kind of small hydro or water turbine as well.. water turbine will continue to work 24/7 with or without the Sun as long as you’ve got constant flow.. You can’t go wrong with having multiple renewable power sources .. The main spending is on the Batteries bank and at least 12/24v 3000w and over invertor, spending on Batteries and invertor can be a little bit costly but its worth it in the long run as it will save you so much money.. you can work anything else after that as solar panels are reasonably cheep and easy to obtain in comparison.

What about folding, you need to think long term. It easy to build but if you lose it becouse of flooding, you will regret it. Many people in the world build not considering long term everimnetal problems.

Very labour intensive to cut trees with machetes my brother. You need an axe and and chain saw. Can these be hired from the city. Maybe a stump grinder to get to root level as should a vehicle hit the stump there could be serious damage to the vehicle and possibly occupants. 🇬🇧🇯🇲🙏🏾
