This is completely off topic, and I haven't watched the video yet, but you got a "shout out" on "The China Show" again the other night, and it was awesome!! 🤩 I hope some of their viewers come on over here... 😁🤞🏼

Right on - those guys are great and it's very cool of them to give me a shout out!

Thoroughly enjoy their show. They mentioned you before too, which is how I found your channel. I only regret not finding it sooner 😒 though I am sorry that everyone here has to put up with me! 😂 I can't remember their exact words the other night, but they mentioned "chopsticks and trains", and that "he's a great guy" making "really good content" among some other nice things... I have to agree with their assessment! 😏😁

It's actually a little difficult to comprehend that someone so dangerous, and evil, came from there... It's almost surreal just watching you... I can't imagine how it must really feel actually physically being there 🤯🤯🤯 Those folks were so bloody lovely! I can't get enough of their smiles and laughter, and their kindness was so wholesome! 🥰 I love your content so much! So fascinating 😁

It's impossible not to enjoy your videos! As much as I'm always slightly envious (just a tad 🤏🏼😏😂) that I am not travelling the globe, and seeing these places first hand, your content makes it feel like I'm experiencing the places and people in some kind of way... Without even leaving my house, which is just as satisfying! I've learned a lot too, which is never a bad thing. Education shouldn't stop when school does 🤓😅 so thank you, a million times over, for sharing all these amazing things with us! 💜

I wonder what Saloth Sar would have become if he hadn't been exposed to - hmm - seems like some form of Maoism, but I can't recall what I've read. I know he spent time in Paris. He must have had an enormous ego. Anyway, he's gone, and there's something heartenibg about encountering openness, generosity and preparations for a wedding in the house where he grew up, like finding a forest where there had been a burned out wasteland.

Great comment. Yes that’s right, he was exposed to communism while in France and decided that Cambodia needed a revolution. He wanted to give Cambodia a Chinese-style ‘cultural revolution’ and even worked with PLA soldiers for training and support.
