I rarely do quarters but i never found that many silvers in a whole box before, my best was two, and they were a 67 and a 68 so they were probably both 50% I also havnt found a charles three yet, but i dont need to because i bought the set, i have a roll of every denomination uncirculated, right now its selling for almost double the price it cost, but the price may go up or down in the future You got a good bunch, i have $250 to get some coins monday, i think im going to get 1 bunch quarters, 2 bunch dimes and 2 bunch nickels Nickels are fun because they are most likely to find old coins, also because pre 1982 are worth double face in melt value, theres also a rare 1964 coin with an extra water line, thats fun to look out for

Yeah I think I got spoiled with such good finds on this first batch, I'm going to expect it every time now lol! Might try nickels and dimes next but I still need to get through my pennies...

I believe the ones with the marks around the edge is made the the machine that rolls the roll

Thanks! I thought it might just be wear marks from something after I found so many of them.

Three silvers! very nice. Got to love finding $5 quarters. The enamels are always great to find. I keep those every time.

It was a lot of fun! Great metal detecting adjacent rainy day activity.

If I remember correctly us coins 64 & earlier are silver, Canadian 66 & earlier, 67 less silver content & 68 some are some aren't

Yeah, I think I'll be trying this again from my bank, seemed like all their available rolls were assorted like this!

Try going to older smaller banks, they probably don't get a lot of turnaround and I imagine they might have older stuff sitting in the vault
