If I may ask, how much dies it actually cost to withdraw money from the post office in the quantity that you do?

Just the amount you are withdrawing. When I used to work for the PO we would have to order change in for the following week based on what we normally use, so if you can give your PO a weeks notice just incase they need to order extra in to make sure they can fulfil normal demand
