Creamy Beef Mince Pasta

Ingredients
Beef Mince
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Beef mince 500 grams
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1 large
Minced Garlic 03 cloves
Dried Oregano 1tsp
Dried Parsley 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili Powder ½ tbsp
Tomatoes 400 grams
Water ½ Cup
Cream Sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Chopped Mushroom ¼ Cup
Chopped Carrot ¼ Cup
Sweet Corns 02 tbsp (Optional)
Heavy Cream 200 grams
Colored Capsicum ½ Cup
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Boild Paste 500 Grams
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced meat and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until fully browned, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Season with black pepper to taste.
4. Stir in finely chopped onions and cook until softened and translucent, around 5-7 minutes.
5. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Stir in dried oregano, thyme, and salt.
7. Pour in crushed tomatoes, red chili, and water, cooking until the water evaporates.
8. In a separate pan, melt butter, then add cream, vegetables, and seasoning, stirring until well combined.
9. Mix the prepared beef mince into the cream mixture.
10. Stir in the boiled pasta until everything is evenly coated.
11. Garnish with parsley and serve.
