My foreigner boss also said the same thing. The Western Food here in the Philippines are his fave. He said he's amazed at the ability of Filipinos to be open to flavor profiles around the world. Even the best ramen for him is Mendokoro, kept telling us that it is better than the ones in Japan. Of course, we take that last statement with a grain of salt. Hehe.

You personality fits you well as a vlogger. Harry from UK is another one that I like to watch. Max, Burnham Park was named after Daniel Burnham of Illinois, great architect of urban planning who designed that park. Camp John Hay in Baguio was named after the John Milton Hay, an American diplomat and statesman. You will find American names in Baguio because it was developed during the 20th century when the Philippines was under the American rule.

Hope you can come to Bicol, where as your plane lands you will be greeted by the majestic Mayon Volcano hopefully on a cloudless day. It has been raining lately, so it would be good if it is not so you can enjoy the other places here.

@@precioussword2263 I think he ate dinakdakan which to me is more comparable to sisig. Bicol Express is one of my favorite dishes. I love the coconut milk that you guys use in your dishes. I’ll have to try and squeeze in a trip to Bicol one day. I’ve only seen Mayon on video! There is sooo much of PH I have not seen. Only Ilocos regions, Baguio and Boracay. My next trip I’m taking my husband to Palawan. And hopefully we can squeeze in a couple more flights to other islands.

Don't forget to eat at Hill Station for dinner, delicious food menu. Tapsilog is usually for breakfast but you could also try their "deer" tapsilog. Cafe by the ruins for breakfast. Baguio craft brewery for a nice local craft beer. Oh and also you should try woodnymph in Military cutoff road. Eat there for dinner, the vibe is really different at night. That would be my most favorite korean resto in the entire Philippines. A very nice Ajumma owns it and has been living there for decades. And lastly, if you want value for money go to Good Taste.

I ate at the Tagaytay branch of Amare. I must say it's a meal to remember. I really shy away from Italian or Pizza and pasta restos because I can make damn better pastas than the restos but Amare is different. Quite pricey but it's not your ordinary Italian bland or too plain pizzas. Their pasta creations are a tad better than what I can make. As for the donuts, haha...you did say you wanted Bavarian.
