I got back every penny from the old one despite putting miles on it and I’ll most likely do the same with the new van. The new van is a major upgrade.

Edit: i didn't realize this is basically a commercial, so now i understand the use of the word a bit better. However, i went to look over your channel, and saw your arc. I watched your "apartment tour" video, and i couldn't agree more with your feelings of moving into your small apartment yet it feeling gigantic! Im on my third full-time rv stint, so ive felt that twice already.

It’s the NETGEAR Nighthawk M6 Pro MR6500 AT&T 5G Wi-Fi Router. It uses about 3-5 watts of continuous power which is nothing. I got it off eBay for about $200 used. $55 a month for 50gb of data through att. Service is FAST!

you do a good job explaining everything and you did a good job with the insulation what kind of food does your dog eat? (you showed it, but I'm used to dogs eating kibble) when you previewed the 4 different options that you could do for your vehicle (in another vid) it definitely looked like you were going to do this option.

Thanks for the tour. I noticed you don't have a diesel heater in this van. Is it cold at night in San Diego if you going to sleep in the van?

Down to 40f its tolerable with a sleeping bag but its usually 50f and above by the time I wake up and inside temps are about 10f or more so its comfy. Not sure about getting a diesel heater this time.

I've got the same battery/inverter system that you have (without the solar panels, it works from the engine charging) and it doens't have enough power to give me heat in the winter. So, what would be your recommendation?

How are the solar panels holding up? I've seen other people reporting that those thin flexible solar panels aren't as reliable as the regular rigid panels.

Reliable and solid. Just wash often.. basic maintenance but nothing will last forever.

I think this would of been totally stealth and totally ideal before the pandemic.... I road the pandemic out at home because I went blind at the same time. Now that I can see again from surgery and the pandemic is over, I want to get out and camp. But I watch videos on stealth camping, boondocking, and RVing and it seems everybody went van life during the pandemic and cratered the whole affair. Or they went homeless and started living in their cars. Now I'm thinking, if I want to go stealth camping, a setup like what you have will not do. It's just too obvious, unless you had switchable in an instant vinyl raps on the side proclaiming you were various fake businesses (i.e. plumber, keysmith, flowers, delivery driver, phone company, UPS, etc). I need to be even more stealthy because Walmart is booting everyone out of their parking lots because too many homeless people living in their cars and van life and RV people ruined it for everyone. I already have a clever idea for that though...

You were complaining so much about your previous van and here you are buying the same exact model again?! 😮😮 Why not buy a bigger van with more space and full height, shower, bathroom, kitchenette, mini closets and everything…? This little space can really make anybody claustrophobic and too uncomfortable within a couple of weeks… No wonder you were so sick of it last time… Just some frank questions…
